It's our parent volunteers that make Willow Glen Little League so special. While every family is required to do a Snack Shack shift, many parents go even further to provide an amazing experience for our Little Leaguers. 

Many of our volunteers work directly with players. Some of those roles are: 

- Manager. Managers typically have experience coaching a Little League team 
- Coach. Assist the manager with games and practices

Other critical volunteer roles connected with your child's team are: 
- Team Parent. Coordinates all parent activities for the team 
- Snack Shack shifts, required for each family
- Practice helpers. Invited by the manager to help with drills, etc. at practice 
- Field prep.set-up and clean-up) 
- Scoreboard. Manage the scoreboard at either field
- GameChanger. Assist with scorekeeping at AA and above

We love our volunteers and are so amazed by how they constantly strive to uphold the mission of WGLL in everything they do!
